Your land portfolio, on your device.

Parcels, tenants, rent, returns and sale scenarios — tracked in an app that keeps every record on the device in your hand, and never sends any of it anywhere.

iPhone and iPad versions available for download

What went in, and how much has come back

Capital recovered counts rent as well as sale proceeds, and the denominator includes parcels already sold.

Complete deal data

Land ID, region, area, price per hectare, tenant, lease term and status — filter on any of them, and the rest stay in the file rather than being thrown away.

A filter narrows the view, never the file. Clear it and all thirty-four records are back.

Parcels against years

A missing payment and a parcel you did not own look nothing alike. Most tools flatten both to an empty cell, or worse, to zero.

A dot is a year somebody has to go and ask about. None of them looks like a year before you bought.

What a sale would actually return

Move the price and the whole deal re-settles. This is the app's own model, running here on one real parcel.

One page per year, ready to print

The rest of it

Built for how land is actually held.

Two currencies, one truth

Hold the portfolio in a base currency and a local one, joined by each parcel's own exchange rate. Run on one and the second disappears from every screen.

Import what you already have

Read an .xlsx workbook, map the columns it found, and see what it will do before it does it. Re-import a newer file whenever you like.

Not every parcel is let

Some are held while the price moves, then sold. Switch the lease off and the app stops reporting a missed payment every year.

English and Ukrainian

Both ship with the app. Add a language yourself from a file — the app hands you a template to fill in.

Yours to take away

Export to Excel, CSV or a full JSON backup at any time. Nothing is held hostage, because nothing is held anywhere but your device.

Try it on an estate that does not exist

A demo switch fills the app with an entirely imaginary portfolio — 34 deals, five regions, six years of rent — so you can look around before committing a single real record. Your own data sits in a separate place and is never touched. Every figure on this page comes from that demo estate.

What is collected

Most apps ask you to trust a policy. This one is built so there is less to trust.

01

No account

Nothing to sign up for. No email address, no password, no identity for records to hang off.

02

No backend

There is no server your parcels could be stored on, so there is no breach that could expose them.

03

No third-party code

No SDKs, no tag managers, no crash reporter — nothing bundled that reports to someone else.

04

No network at all

The content security policy blocks outbound connections, enforced by the OS. It runs in airplane mode.

Track the land. Keep the records.

No account, no sign-in, nothing to wait for. Import the workbook you already keep and the portfolio is there.
